SAP Retail Consultant
The challenge
We are looking for an experienced SAP Retail Consultant with strong functional knowledge of SAP Retail processes, including merchandising, purchasing, inventory management, sales, pricing, and integration with related SAP modules and retail solutions.
What you'll do
- Analyze and configure end-to-end SAP Retail business processes.
- Support merchandising, purchasing, inventory, replenishment, and sales processes.
- Configure and maintain retail-specific master data.
- Support article, site, assortment, listing, and merchandise category processes.
- Configure and support pricing and promotion-related processes.
- Work with inventory management and goods movement scenarios.
- Support integration between SAP Retail and SD, MM, FI/CO, and other SAP components.
- Participate in requirements gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, and functional configuration.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
- Execute and support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolution with technical and business teams.
- Maintain functional and project documentation.
What we're looking for
- Proven hands-on experience as an SAP Retail Consultant.
- Strong understanding of SAP Retail business processes.
- Experience with article master, site master, assortments, listing, and merchandise categories.
- Experience with purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, and sales processes.
- Solid knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SD.
- Experience participating in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting development teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote and multi-disciplinary project teams.
